Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Supervisor based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, Egypt. The Fleet Supervisor will oversee daily fleet operations, manage vehicle maintenance schedules, optimize fleet usage, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include supervising team performance, coordinating with drivers and other staff, and implementing efficient fleet management practices. Additionally, the role involves maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless workflow and high-quality service.
Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively Expertise in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management to ensure optimal performance and efficiency Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and resolve issues effectively Knowledge and hands-on experience in vehicle Maintenance to ensure the fleet's safety and reliability Organization and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid Relevant experience in fleet supervision or management is preferred Familiarity with digital fleet monitoring tools is a plus
