The main purposes of the job are as follows:
BC Manager Manage all physical incidents that may prevent/delay CAE teams from performing their duties. Update and maintain BC data and procedures. Supervise and Inspect BC locations for readiness. Manage and Participate in BC tests (Global & IT Internal Tests). Participate in BC Awareness Sessions to CAE Staff. Reporting quarterly the BC Control Matrix on scope system to Paris as Level 2.1 control.
Duties & responsibilities:
Coordinate crises situations to make sure CAE can still perform with minimum delays. Participate in designing and performing BC tests. Maintain data and BC locations updated and ready to run at any time. Update contact info & key resources along with contact call tree verification. Ensure BC locations readiness with all needed equipment and systems. Ensure BC alternative locations are properly updated for each bank area/ department/ branch. Make sure via tests that every BC user is aware of his alternate location. Coordinate with IT the readiness of alternate locations, systems and solutions and test them. Participate in designing risk assessment of new projects & threats to assure availability & data integrity. This may involve close coordination with all stakeholders. Handle all duties & mission related to the BCP of Outsourcing Essential Activities. Replacing User Authorization manager in approval during his absence or unavailability for any reason.
