Role Description This is a 1 hybrid role for a Senior Lawyer, based in Qesm 1st Nasser City with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves providing legal counsel, drafting, reviewing and negotiating 3s and agreements, representing clients in legal proceedings, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Senior Lawyer will also mentor junior legal staff and contribute to the firm���s strategic goals.
Qualifications Proficiency in Legal Research, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving skills Experience in 3 Drafting, Negotiation, and Litigation Strong Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Team Collaboration Knowledge of Corporate Law, Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Management Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent with a valid license to practice law Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, including leadershionsibilities
