This role leads a team of software engineers focused on building secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications. The manager is responsible for technical leadership, people management, and delivery of software products aligned with our strategic goals. Principal Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers. Drive design, development, testing, integration, and support of software products. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, marketing, and customer teams. Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices. Manage hiring, performance reviews, and career development. Interface with senior management to report milestones and influence product direction. Promote secure development practices and ensure compliance with SDLC standards. Skills:8+ years of experience in enterprise-scale software development.2+ years in a managerial or leadership role. Hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containerization, and Active Directory. Strong understanding of security concepts and IAM use cases. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Maven, Jenkins, Bamboo) and automated testing frameworks (JUnit). Proven track record of delivering high-quality software in fast-paced environments Education & Experience:BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical field. Desirable Skills:Experience in the security domain, especially IAM. Knowledge of virtualization, cloud computing, and thin clients.
