  • Oversee daily operations to ensure workflow efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members.
  • Monitor team performance and deliver regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
  • Resolve conflicts and address issues within the team promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and progress to management.
  • Implement company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and high standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.

Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership or supervisory role.Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work onsite and adapt to organizational needs.Experience in sales, administration, or operations is highly desirable.Proficiency in using productivity and reporting tools.Strong decision-making capabilities and accountability.Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
