● Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
● Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
● Monitor system performance and implement security measures to safeguard company data and IT assets.
● Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with company policies.
● Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and upgrades of IT equipment.
● Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
● Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
● Conduct regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are up to date and effective.
● Provide training and support to staff on new technologies, software applications, and best practices.
● Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance IT operations.
● Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field.● Proven expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.● Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.● Experience with network administration, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.● Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection measures.● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for supporting end-users.● Strong documentation and organizational abilities.● Willingness to work onsite and provide hands-on support as needed.● Adaptability to new technologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
