Pre Sales Engineer

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and
  • develop tailored solutions in light current / ICT systems.
  • Provide technical expertise to the sales team during the presales process. ·
  • Prepare technical proposals, including system architecture, specifications, and
    costing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Conduct site surveys to assess customer needs and system requirements.
  • Create detailed design documentation, including schematics and technical
    specifications.
  • Build technical responses (e.g., technical proposal, compliance requirements
    etc.) and technical solutions during RFP/RFI
  •  Provide technical presentations, demonstrations and proof-of-concepts of our
    products and solutions to potential clients.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate these into
    technical solutions
  • Collaborate with the project implementation team to ensure smooth transition
    from presales to project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor
    offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, with a focus on lightcurrent/ICT solutions (e.g., Surveillance Systems, Access Control, Audio-VisualFire Alarm Systems, building management systems, FTTx, network passive/activeinfrastructure etc.).Strong technical knowledge of light current systems and their applications. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations. Strong connection network with vendors in ICT and light Current Field Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managemultiple priorities.Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, or similar tools for system designAbility to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.Knowledge of AI technologies is a plus
