Warehouse Keeper

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming medical supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and dispatch of items.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Coordinate with procurement and clinical teams to fulfill supply requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of sensitive and perishable medical items.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all warehouse transactions using inventory management systems.
  • Implement and follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free warehouse environment.
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or losses to the appropriate departments for prompt resolution.

3 to 5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector.Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer applications.Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams.Physical ability to lift, move, and organize heavy items as needed.Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Flexibility to work full-time, under urgent or changing priorities.Understanding of workplace safety and health regulations.
