Sales Contracts Manager

1. Set department yearly plan and targets in coordination with direct manager.
2. Prepare and submit forecasts for the department budget to be discussed and approved by the direct manager.
3. Ensure that all the department’s processes, policies, and procedures are adhered to by team and Sales departments; starting with reservations of units with Sales Advisors, till the final approved contract is delivered to client.
4. Ensure that the Sales Contracts team is following up with clients to receive needed documents on time according to set SLA (Service Level Agreement).
5. Support Sales Contracts team and answer any inquires related to contracts and supporting documents through the whole contract preparation phase. 
6. Review contracts data and related documents and ensure its accuracy as recorded on CRM. (Initial Review)
7. Oversee all management contracts creation and finalization cycles.
8. Notify all team members with any legal or internal processes changes or updates.
9. Revise all new received Legal templates and communicate to team.
10. Notify related departments (Legal, Contracts, Developments…etc.) with requests received from clients. 
11. Notify Sales Managers of any change in processes.
12. Assign sales to Sales Contracts team.
13. Receive clients’ requests, delegate to team members, and ensure they are handled in a timely manner.
14. Receive all remarks regarding clients’ grace periods end and notify the Legal Department.
15. Ensure that data on CRM is constantly accurate and updated.
16. Suggest CRM enhancement and development; to add new features according to business needs in coordination with technical department.
17. Conduct periodic meetings with all Sales Contracts team.
18. Prepare and submit all requested periodic reports.
19. Participate in recruiting and objectives setting of teams.
20.  Coach, monitor and evaluate team’s performance.
21. Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
