•Actively engage in staffing, organizational development, and talent
management.
• Work directly with the management team to ensure Electrolux is an
Employer of Choice by helping maintain a cultural environment.
• Improve employee effectiveness by providing information on HR
policies and practices, as well as coaching and counseling.
• Support key HR metrics tracking including turnover, internal fill,
time to hire, and pulse survey.
• Support management in goal setting & performance management
processes to ensure goals and objectives are clearly communicated.
• Coach managers and employees through corrective action,
documenting as appropriate.
• Support implementation of employee Wellbeing programs (health
and fitness programs, rewards & recognition, etc.).
• Partner and contribute to key strategic business challenges in areas
to include but not limited to organizational design, competency gaps,
future planning, etc.
• Responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of an
industrial’s human resources department. Typically, they supervise
and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans,
compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor
relations. Also expected to take a leadership role in developing a
culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to a firm’s
objectives.
• Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related
initiatives that support organizational strategic goals. In addition, often
lead performance management, talent assessment and effective labor
relationships.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant.
• Provide day to day advice to line managers on all human resource issues:
management of staff, recruitment, training, layoffs etc.
• Responsible for preparing and update the organizational structures and
restructuring.
• Review and approve the Staff requisitions and manpower plan of the
industrial sector.
• Set, Manage, revise and approve the Industrial's annual HR budget and
exceptional expenses during the year.
• Revise, approve and follow up training, recruitment .......etc. actions and
work plans.
• Revise and participate in setting the Industrial sector's policies and
procedures.
• Follow up on the execution of the PDPs in the industrial sector's sites.
• Follow up on solving various employee problems within the operations
sector.
• Follow up on the communication\ awareness related to policies,
procedures, strategies......etc. for all employees of the sites.
• Supports top management with reports and data for the industrial sector
which assists in decisions making.
• Works on the analysis results of human resources survey and develops
an action plan for improvement.
• Ensures effective evaluation systems (rating) and its compliance with
group policy.
• Issue job offers for Leaders and approve the job offers for the staff
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.2. HR competencies with up to 7 years professional experience in HR field3. Knowledge on HR practices, procedures, and HR laws and regulations.4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).5. Proven success in leading change initiatives.6. Possess the flexibility in reacting to new situations and adaptability for working in a new environment.7. Strong ability to work effectively within time constraints, changing priorities, and independently.8. Strong Continuous Improvement mindset9. Operates with the utmost integrity and trust
