Senior Corporate Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Senior Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by developing and managing corporate client accounts. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of corporate sales processes, and the ability to deliver customized solutions that align with client needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

  • Prospect for and acquire new corporate clients across various industries.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential target accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Understand client travel needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert travel advice and recommend suitable travel solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.

3. Sales & Account Management:

  • Manage existing corporate accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Monitoring the aging of clients' debts and following up on collections with the Finance Department.

Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.5+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within the travel industryStrong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent knowledge of travel products and services.Fluency in English languages is a must.
