- Daily input in follow up sheet the situation of each sales order with coordination with sales and logistic team
- Insure that documentation is completed and submitted on time
- Daily review the situation of shipment through the online business site to ensure the ATD &ATA of shipment
- Sending arrival notification to client with arrangement with sales team
- Address any quality or commercial related claims
- Follow up the nonpaid shipment with coordination with sales and accounting team
- Ensure that the quality specifications required by the customer are met in terms of (grade , Weights, sizes, and division required by the customer, the number of pallets for each size , the correct stickers and the data logger) with coordination with sales team.
- Ensure the packaging required by the customer and the type of brand
- Follow up any claims with pack house station
- For EU shipments (Ensure that there is a proper MRL that met the EU standards ).(ensure that clear stamp on all pallets exist ).
- For East Asia shipments (ensure the existence of precooling for all shipments )
- In the event that there is a customer representative or examiner, only the customer service representative will be deal with.
- Receive any visits from existing or new customers with arrangement with sales departments
