Content Writer

Job Description:


The Content Writer will produce engaging and informative content across multiple platforms, tailored to English and Arabic audiences. This role involves creating content highlighting our real estate projects, capturing our brand’s voice, and effectively communicating our value proposition to clients and stakeholders.


  • Develop high-quality, original content in both English and Arabic, including blogs, brochures, website copy, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling real estate-focused content that aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Research industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor strategies to deliver relevant and impactful messaging.
  • Write persuasive ad copy for lead-generation campaigns on digital platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and branding across all content.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Create scripts for promotional videos and presentations when needed.
  • Proofread and edited content to ensure grammatical accuracy and cultural relevance.


Requirement's:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Content Writer in the real estate industry.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, with exceptional writing and editing skills in both languages.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market in Egypt, including residential and commercial sectors.
  • Experience with SEO and content optimization techniques.
  • Ability to create engaging content tailored to different platforms, including websites, social media, and print materials.
