Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify potential clients in North America.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and pain points.
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to Sales Managers and Business Development Managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Apollo.io and HubSpot CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including client touch points, opportunities generated, and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position ByGrit’s solutions.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings, providing feedback and sharing successful outreach strategies.

Requirements:Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar outbound sales or SDR role.Skills:Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.Resilience, drive, and a results-oriented mindset.Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and strategies.Tools: Familiarity with Apollo.io, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Compensation and Benefits:Salary: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.Commission is paid on opportunities generated and closed.Comprehensive training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.Flexible working arrangements (remote or hybrid).Opportunities for career advancement within a fast-growing company
