Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This position requires strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

Content Creation: Develop engaging digital content, including blog posts, social media posts, ads, and landing pages to drive traffic and engage the target audience.

SEO and SEM: Manage SEO efforts to increase organic traffic, perform keyword research, implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques. Run paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) to generate leads.

Social Media Strategy: Create and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights. Adjust strategies based on data to meet KPIs and goals.

Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, etc.) to engage and retain customers.

Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the design, content, and product teams to ensure marketing messages are consistent and aligned with business objectives.

Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

 


BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant fieldProven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role for +2 years Excellent Content writing skills Arabic & English.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Hands-on experience in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO and SEM)Experience using analytics software.Track record of managing projects and working with cross-functional teamApplicable knowledge in marketing data analytics and toolsHands-on experience with marketing software  (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)Strong analytic and creative thinking skillsExperience managing cross-functional projects from start to finish.
