Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization’s culture and values.
- Leverage recruitment tools, platforms, and networks to source candidates.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications (Females Only)Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Fluency in English is required.Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the real estate industry is a MUST.Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.A results-driven mindset with a passion for identifying top talent.
