- Responsible for Monthly deliverables (Payroll Results, Bank Files & Reports) for each client according to the agreed timelines.
- Ensures that all Documents & reports are kept in separate files for each client to meet the audit requirements.
- Prepares the monthly payroll Quality Review, SLA and SAS70.
- Resolves & Closes Client’s Tickets on Daily basis.
- Answers Clients’ Payroll inquires and questions.
- Answers questions which may be raised by clients’ employees, regarding benefits programs and payroll as well if required.
- Ensures collecting the Payroll Tax & SI Checks on monthly basis.
- Ensures that monthly Payroll Tax and Social Insurance payments are submitted on time.
- Assists in HRO Projects’ Setup and Implementations.
- Prepares monthly/yearly HRO Projects calendar.
- Provides administrative support for voluntary and core benefits programs.
- Works with clients focal points to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Tracks, all employee-related payroll changes, working with Finance to ensure that all such changes are accurately captured in semi-monthly payroll cycle
- Maintains clients service manual with updated resolutions and other pertinent information, as needed
- Maintains the Company’s employee HR Information System (HRIS) database
- Compiles, files, and maintains employment, enrollment, pay change, informational and other confidential forms and records in accordance with company polices and labor laws
- Prepare Year end reports for clients and submit the yearly tax reconciliations.
Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting. English section. Minimum 4-6 years experience in Payroll function. Must have excellent MS Excel skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.Hard Worker & team work player.Very good command of English Language.Time management skillsAbility to lead his subordinates.
