  • Note and Communicate market information regarding trends, competitors prices and services through the daily operational visits to customers and the network established through the different distribution channels,
  • Hold sales calls on target clients with focus on highlighting products/benefits/key selling points and prices/quotations according to the sales script and sales approach devised in accordance to the sales plan,
  • Present a  Demo through attending the operation with doctors to try the product 
  • Prepare  tender papers & follow up tender technical report 
  • Follow up with Supply Chain Department (warehouse & Distribution) that order already accomplished & delivered to customer on time 
  • Conduct follow-up meetings/calls to clients to ensure delivery of products on time and finalizing the product installation physically and documentary according to their satisfaction as well as reporting/handling customer complaints or suggestions to Line Management
  • Handling Repair Exchange Exchange old machines by new one
  • Attend all department cycle meetings, conferences, exhibitions and respective business development functions in line with role of promoting the company products and overall image,
  • Submit the Monthly sales report to the Line/District Manager covering the activities performed through the week including progress to date, sales targets, collection follow-up and action plans as well as needed approvals for change/tuning/exceptions of the plan/pricing or overall approach

 

  • Build weekly plans for coverage and visits to clients ( Private & governmental Sector)in line with the coverage targets highlighted in the sales plan through categorization of clients, routing for higher efficiency in coverage and revising the plan with the Line Manager,
  • Assist/cooperate with the collection function of the organization in following up on payments, late invoices as well as providing leads and data to support such operation in the Finance function,
  • Provide information and recommendations in identifying in doctors/potential clients, setting and upgrading the categorization of current clients and prospects as well as the qualify of new clients according to the system set by the Marketing department in coordination with the Business Unit,
  • In some cases, follow-up internally on the delivery of products to the clients and even handle delivery of late products/missing items to clients and receive the sign-off documentation according to the companies policies to the satisfaction of the client,
  • In some cases, provide support to the client in managing own stock levels of consumables or materials as some clients have stock on their premises still owned by the company through monitoring consumptions, issuing reimbursement orders and following-up on their delivery,
  • Respond promptly for the customer’s needs and calls, in a way that satisfy them.
  • Communicate any new info from the market that might be useful to his colleagues in the company.
  • Combines marketing & technical skills to monitor & manage all aspects of a product's life cycle in an organization
  • Works in product development to improve a product's function & provide the customer additional benefits 
  • Ensure that the product meets the requirement of customer , also marketing aspects of the position require the specialist analyze market trends
  • Short term marketing strategies are used in a product life cycle to encourage sales & to introduce a product to market duties include promotions to market & special offers , overseas management of these short term marketing strategies will result in sales
  • He should works with the marketing department to develop a long term marketing strategy for the product, that includes market analysis & trend analysis to determine the position of the product in the market
  • Estimate demand for the products & ensure that the pricing of a product meets the market demand
  • Interprets market trends to identify when customers demand changes to the products or a new product entirely
  • He works with  marketing to determine the direction the long-term marketing strategy will take 
  • Build Yearly plan on CRM system.

University degree – Medical Background with the following sub categories (Pharmacy, Medical, Veterinarian, Science),Long – term training/coaching in Selling skills in the medical/pharmaceutical field,Good command in MS Office applications especially database,Good command of English Language (Written/Spoken),0-4 years experience in the same/similar industry/Lines,1-2 years in a similar position (Sales/Territory/Region Manager/Distribution),Preferably with Multinational company exposureOriginating from Sales Management backgrounds,
