Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for blue-collar roles, including kitchen staff, production workers, and other operational positions.
- Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent to meet House of Cocoa’s hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and ensure the efficient onboarding of new hires.
- Partner with department managers to understand staffing requirements and provide recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
- Represent House of Cocoa as an employer of choice, showcasing our commitment to people and excellence.
- Track and report on recruitment performance metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and success rates.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on hiring blue-collar roles, ideally in the food and beverage or service industry.Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and candidate evaluation techniques.Familiarity with recruitment tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations is a must.
