Position Overview:

We are seeking a SaaS Product Manager with a strong foundation in Planning, People Management, Process Optimization, and Performance Tracking and Optimization. The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive in problem-solving, and excels in tracking progress, improving team efficiency, and delivering insightful reports. This role demands over five years of experience, expertise in SaaS product management, and a track record of excellence in managing cross-functional teams and workflows.

Areas of Expertise

Planning

• Strategic roadmap creation aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to guide product evolution.
• Define clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for all product initiatives.

People Management

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment.
• Proactively identify and address challenges with actionable solutions.
• Mentor team members to foster growth, productivity, and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Process Optimization

• Establish and refine workflows for streamlined product development.
• Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and best practices.

• Continuously identify and resolve bottlenecks in team operations.

Performance Tracking and Optimization

• Track and analyze team and product performance against defined goals.
• Deliver clear, actionable reports that inform decision-making and strategy.

• Leverage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Planning, People Management, Process Optimization, and Performance Tracking.

Skills and Competencies:

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a people-first mindset.
• Advanced proficiency with tools such as ClickUp and Google Analytics.
• Excellent reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
