- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Lead annual budgeting processes and rolling forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Design and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Conduct audits to verify adherence to policies and procedures.
- Develop and monitor key financial metrics.
- Contribute to strategic planning and support decision-making with financial analysis.
- Partner with department heads to support financial needs and provide insights.
- Facilitate training sessions on financial practices and digital tools for non-finance staff.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years in financial management or accounting roles, with experience in digital transformation Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics 365) and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with automation tools and data visualization platforms is a plus.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change.
