- responsible the day-to-day operations of HSE department to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
- Directly responsible for the daily supervision for the performance of safety and occupational health technicians for each shift, providing instructions and raising their performance levels.
- Assist in training all employees on specialized and general programs that help raise the public awareness for safety and occupational health.
- Assist in giving instructional training for all new employees and workers and Casual Workers before joining the work force
- Review the potential hazards and corrective measures reports periodically (monthly and weekly).
- Periodic inspect on workplaces to identify hazards, pollutants and ensure workers commitment.
- Identifying the required spare parts and equipment for the HSE department monthly.
- Collect and verify the data for incidents, work injuries, occupational diseases and serious accidents and drawing the required recommendations to prevent accidents and injuries
Bachelor’s degree in scientific field.Certificates:Civil defense course.HSE course.OSHA course.First aid course.1- 3 years in HSE field.
