Job Summary

The Parts Manager is responsible for driving growth and profitability within the Parts & Accessories division. This role involves strategic oversight of sales performance, revenue optimization, and market share expansion, Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with importers network, along with developing effective sales promotions and commercial initiatives. The Parts Manager will explore new business opportunities, streamline operations, and oversee supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery and minimize downtime. Key responsibilities include managing pricing, shipping, record-keeping, and compliance audits to maintain alignment with company policies. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, analytical prowess, and a proactive approach to implementing data-driven improvements that support continuous growth and operational efficiency across the parts business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review performance progress, analyze annual sales & expenses, and initiates performance improvement plans where necessary. Improve Parts & Accessories sales revenue, market share and maximize gross profit.
  • Develop sales promotions, marketing plans, commercial activities, and reward programs to motivate progress of importers network.
  • Seek out & develop new parts business such as retail programs, ‘Direct from Supplier’ & local sourcing agreements to produce profit.
  • Conduct surveys and assists in establishing pricing parameters according to company policy.
  • Direct shipping and receiving effort to ensure timely process.
  • Work cross-functionally with sourcing, operations, supply chain & finance to identify improvement opportunities, ensure smooth operation, reduce back order, minimize Vehicle Off Road cases, and implement successful changes.
  • Overview and ensure importers network readiness before launch of new models.
  • Implementation of tools & dashboards for metric visibility and communication.
  • Responsible for timely, accurate and complete record keeping.
  • Conduct parts audit to ensure importers network compliance with Company policies, guidelines & code of conduct.
  • Coordinate a prompt, efficient and timely flow of paperwork.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Spare Parts sales, preferably within the automotive industry or a multinational environment.

  • Excellent analytical and financial skills with the ability to use data to build a compelling business case.
  • Strong decision—making skills with an eye for strategic enhancement of the business.
  • Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information to improve new practices or develop new approaches.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to understand and address issues across multiple disciplines.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen engaging with individuals at all levels and across various regions of the organization.
