Administrative & HR Manager

  • Implementation of action plans to all activities and functions (security - movement - administrative services - construction maintenance)
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company. 
  • Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed
  • Define onboarding procedures in alignment with our company culture
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics 
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy . 
  • Develop the organizational human resources strategy 
  • Follow-up the extent of the commitment to implement those plans to ensure the achievement of the department's goals and then achieve the company's goals through the provision of all services
  • Proper maintenance of security, health and safety standards
  • Handling personnel issues to maximize their efficiency and performance standards.
  • Helping the factory to perform its work easily and conveniently

 


Proven working experience 7 - 10 years  as Administrative & HR manager in the manufacturing industry Preparing sub-plans and executive programs for administrative affairs in order to achieve the main objectives of the institution.Experience with performance management and employee relationsParticipate in senior management meetings and express opinions on necessary results and decisions.Follow-up, preservation and maintenance of licensing documents, commercial, industrial and tax registration, and following up on the validity and validity of these documents Prepare Monthly plan and follow up their implementation so as to improve work performance Follows up factory licensing works with government agencies.Follow up factory environment services facility & make sure all material needed is provided & availableReview the periodic security reports and ensure the availability of safety elements for the factory and the company’s property against theftCollect & solve main problems related to employees.Facilitates the difficulties facing supervisors in shifts for the ease and accuracy of the supervisors' workFollow up health certificate for all workers Make sure that there is no shortage of cars or driversReview factory cars movement, its maintenance & licenses Follow up opening file for every car (maintenance, repairs ..) to ensure necessary maintenance is done Review car license fees Follow up social & medical insurance Follow up renewal cars license to avoid traffic problemsFollow up all maintenance required to improve the workFollow up all electricity workReview and audit procedures, forms, records and Instructions related to the quality system for administrative affairsExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
