• Participate in the preparation of BIM models for various buildings.
• Ensure that structural drawings align with architectural plans.
• Identify and resolve clashes and issues within the assigned BIM model.
• Ensure that the BIM model complies with standard BIM technical guidelines.
• Coordinate and integrate BIM models from different disciplines, including MEP and structural engineering.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure all models are up-to-date and accurately reflect project .
• Conduct regular reviews of BIM models to ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in all BIM deliverables.
• Prepare detailed BIM documentation and reports for project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of all BIM activities and updates.
• Bachelor's degree in Architectural engineering.• 6 - 10 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination, with a focus on architectural projects.• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.• Strong understanding of BIM standards and technical guidelines.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.• Professional certification in BIM or related fields is a plus.
