A Linen/Laundry Presser is responsible for supporting laundry operations and providing pressing, sewing, and similar services to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

What will I be doing?

A laundry presser's job is to remove wrinkles from clothing and other items using steam or a press machine. A laundry presser is responsible for the following tasks: 

·       Pressing: Use a press machine or hand iron to remove wrinkles from clothing and other items 

·       Shaping: Use steam or chemicals to shape garments 

·       Equipment management: Ensure the press settings are accurate to avoid damaging the clothing 

·       Preparing for pick-up: Hang or fold clothing for customers to pick up 

·       Minor repairs: Make minor repairs to clothing 

·       Packaging: Package clothing and prepare orders for dispatch
