Role Description:

Fujifilm Middle East is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Manager for the MEA region to lead and develop our business for graphic arts products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with Distribution Channels and Customers across the region. The position is available at one of our regional offices in Egypt. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a deep understanding of offset and digital printing to grow with a leading brand in the industry.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Postgraduate degree in International Business or related field.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling graphic arts products, with a strong understanding of offset and digital printing technologies.

• Proven track record in sales and business development within the MEA region.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong knowledge of products, competition, and pricing in the graphic arts industry.

• Self-motivated and proactive personality with the ability to create innovative sales strategies.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Openness to learning and growing in line with Fujifilm’s principles.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Fluency in English and Arabic. French is an added value

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Fujifilm’s graphic arts products in the Levant and North Africa region.

• Identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong client relationships, and secure new accounts.

• Manage existing client accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

• Analyze competition, pricing, and market potential to develop effective sales strategies.

• Provide feedback on customer and market trends to internal teams.

Product Knowledge & Training:

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Fujifilm’s graphic arts product portfolio, including offset and digital printing solutions.

• Educate and train clients on the benefits and features of Fujifilm’s products.

• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and innovations in the graphic arts sector.

Travel & Client Engagement:

• Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East and North Africa region to meet with clients and attend industry events.

• Represent Fujifilm at trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

• Share information openly and foster effective communication across all levels of the organization.
