Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager or Account Director based in Cairo, Egypt at MIMS Pte Ltd.


Pharma experience is a big ++

Can come from Medical Comms agency or Brand Management side.


It is a full time role but on a FL basis at first.


Knowledge of event management and digital production is a +.


Superb english acumen and attention to details. Interest in Pharma and Healthcare is a must




The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver on client needs, providing strategic solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

Candidate MUST habe minimum 5 years experience in a tier 1 advertising agency. This is key.



- Knowledge of client servicing ( Strategy Decks, Contact Reports, Status Reports, Budget ownership.. etc)

  • Account Management, Event management, and Digital production is a +
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Experience in client relationship management and solution selling
  • Understanding of healthcare industry trends.
  • Analytical skills for identifying opportunities and driving gtowth
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages. French is a +
