Job Description

  • Manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities.
  • Manage the team and inputs from a variety of stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
  • Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.
  • Manage the submittal and the bid budget.
  • Ensure timely delivery of compliant technically and commercially sound bids.
  • Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues.
  • Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, post contract award.
  • Pricing all prepared bids and evaluating each bid competitiveness working to increase
  • Bid managers are involved in every aspect of the submission and have an excellent appreciation of what the client needs and how best to articulate how their organization can provide that.
  • Report periodically on the status and progress of his/her activities and achievements to his/her direct manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her area of work.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by his/her direct manager.

Job Requirements

  • Worked in earthing and lighting system
  • In-depth up to date technical knowledge
  • Auto-CAD & basic 2D drawing knowledge and experience essential.
  • Good Budgeting experience.
  • Good Engineering experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Leadership & effective communication skills
  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical /civil Engineering.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Experience in electrical shop drawing
  • 15 years minimum of relative experience.
