Sales Coordinator

  1. Responsible for preparing offers and tenders.
  2. Handling other correspondents in English and Arabic
  3. Coordinate with accounting for invoicing purpose
  4. Follow up shipping status with logistics team 
  5. Keep adequate update for inventory
  6. Provide all kinds of Admin works that enable sales department team to run the business efficiently and effectively to achieve the company goals.
  7. Prepare all activities related to meetings, preparing management reports / letters / forms, time schedules, and follow up actions to support and facilitate their activities.
  8. Co-ordinate / communicate with other departments in terms of providing and exchange data  information…etc. 
  9. Deliver and complete all kinds of secretarial responsibilities and works related to sales activities in terms of (typing & printing, faxing, photocopying, phone calls, filing, mailing, etc.…) to support sales team to run their business activities effectively and in quality way.
  10. Perform other tasks upon request.

University Graduate.From 3-4 year experience the same position, preferably in the medical sector.Females onlyExcellent communication skills.Excellent command of the English Language.Very Good user of MS Office.SAP experience is a plusWork conditions: Location: Mokattam, CairoWorking days: From Sunday to ThursdayWorking hours: from 09:30AM to 05:00PM
