- Responsible for preparing offers and tenders.
- Handling other correspondents in English and Arabic
- Coordinate with accounting for invoicing purpose
- Follow up shipping status with logistics team
- Keep adequate update for inventory
- Provide all kinds of Admin works that enable sales department team to run the business efficiently and effectively to achieve the company goals.
- Prepare all activities related to meetings, preparing management reports / letters / forms, time schedules, and follow up actions to support and facilitate their activities.
- Co-ordinate / communicate with other departments in terms of providing and exchange data information…etc.
- Deliver and complete all kinds of secretarial responsibilities and works related to sales activities in terms of (typing & printing, faxing, photocopying, phone calls, filing, mailing, etc.…) to support sales team to run their business activities effectively and in quality way.
- Perform other tasks upon request.
University Graduate.From 3-4 year experience the same position, preferably in the medical sector.Females onlyExcellent communication skills.Excellent command of the English Language.Very Good user of MS Office.SAP experience is a plusWork conditions: Location: Mokattam, CairoWorking days: From Sunday to ThursdayWorking hours: from 09:30AM to 05:00PM
