- Supporting all university staff with any technical issues they are facing
- Networks Troubleshooting daily both hardware and software problems for end users in a current working network environment
- Helping academic staff with any issues related to network, internet, and software problems.
- Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Helping academic staff with any issues related to copier machines, operating systems, and software programs.
- Installation Windows and software.
- Monitor all infrastructure servers.

- Network and Internet Performance.
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.)
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.)
- Check Smartboards and projectors problems
- Follow up all operating systems and legal software licenses.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Technical issues Smartboards, projectors, and Copier machines.
- Set up new user accounts and workstations.
A bachelor's degree of computer science engineering or a relevant field is must.Experience 1- 3 years. Good Knowledge of Firewall & Network Security.Good Knowledge of Cisco and HP switches. Good Knowledge of Email Server ( Google Apps, Office 365, ……. ) Good Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP and DNS Server. Good Knowledge of Network Devices and hardware maintenance.Good Knowledge of Linux administration.Good Knowledge of Network tools for monitoring.
