Senior Admin Coordinator

Medical Insurance:

 • Add new employees to the medical insurance system or remove departing employees.

 • Review medical invoices and claims.

 • Monitor financial transactions related to the medical insurance company and consumption. 

• Coordinate between the medical insurance company and employees. Internal Medical Insurance (Jazeera Family): • Update the contract plan with other medical facilities. 

• Review required documents and forms for examinations from the relevant authorities. • Monitor non-cash payments for medical expenses.

 Mobile Phone Lines

 • Assist employees in acquiring or returning mobile phone lines upon departure.

 • Monitor mobile phone bills from service providers. 

• Track individual consumption for each bill. •

 Generate monthly reports on consumption.

 New Employee Welcome: 

• Conduct an introductory program for new employees at the factory. 

• Provide a guided tour for new employees within the factory premises. 

• Print employee ID cards. 

• Prepare business cards. 

• Send the names and job titles for the creation of job cards to the design supervisor.

 • Create a request in SAP system. 

• Send the request to the procurement department for printing. • Receive the printed items from the store and deliver them to the employee.

Qualifications 

 Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.

Experience

 From 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.

Technical Competencies

 Managing transportation facilities.

 dealing with Medical insurance.
