Job Purpose

·         Maintains excellent knowledge of Etisalat products and services in comparison to competition to satisfy Government accounts’ needs.

·         Interacts proactively with all concerned internal parties to ensure a smooth and efficient processing and delivery of customers’ requirements

·         - Prepares necessary reports with key achievements and accounts updates to highlight business opportunities.

·         Develop Sales forecasts / pipelines, reviews and action plans based on analysis of actual results versus forecasts to highlight work progress.

·          Increase Government customers’ base and explore potential business opportunities vertically & horizontally, to increase subs base & revenues.

·         Achieve monthly targets by closing profitable deals with accounts.

·         Conducts regular visits to Government accounts to ensure customers satisfaction.

·         Provides necessary field training and enhance career development to ensure reaching the needed quality.

Monitors and develops his performance to ensure high productivity
