We are hiring for one of our clients HR Generalist, the company in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing field located in Nasr City.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for HR Generalist located in Nasr City. As HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations, providing HR services and supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training, in addition to Assisting in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field

- From 4 to 6 years of experience in HR Field

- Proven experience at Pharmaceutical Manufacturing companies is a Must

- HR Diploma or Certificate holder is a Must

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

- V. Good up to Excellent English level

- Residents of Nasr City or nearby areas are Preferred
