Employment: Full Time
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive positioning
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to create user-friendly product experiences
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on business impact, and ensure user stories are well-defined
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs to drive product improvements
  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously iterate on the product
  • Assist with go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • The maximum age for the Product Manager position is 45
  • experience in home appliances
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in technology or consumer products
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
