ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

  • The senior financial analyst will be responsible for analyzing and controlling direct and indirect industrial costs, as well as analyzing deviations and preparing proposals to avoid them in the future in line with the company's policies.

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing annual business plan & Rolling Estimates for input costs, POH, and inventory
  • Responsible for costing on SAP, including cost estimates, process mapping, updating standard prices on a quarterly basis, and following up with the BSO team on closing activities related to costing and material ledger runs.
  • Prepares VPM analysis for input cost and provides justification on reasons behind
  • Following up on material consumption to be within the standard BOM on production order level, plant level and as total manufacturing.
  • Prepares Yield reports and purchase price variance reports.
  • Makes sure that the average actual prices of raw material inventory items are correct after reviewing that the exchange and addition processes were done correctly, reflecting the correct cost to the system.
  • Check that the monthly financial closure procedures for product cost calculations have been carried out correctly in accordance with the financial procedures followed at the end of each month to ensure the correct loading of all industrial costs.
  • submits and prepares reports on the industrial costs to the SC partners for on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Prepares and reports savings and productivity plans by plants and follows them up on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provides audit team with all requirements for cost and inventory calculations.
  • Plans and monitors inventory DIOs and makes sure inventory levels are according to plans.
  • Monitors slow moving and stagnant items in the inventory and books provisions accordingly.

ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • SAP costing User / Key user
  • preferably worked in manufacturing company
  • 4-5 years of experience
