- Ensure all legal documents and filings are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and potential outcomes based on case developments.
- Review and interpret insurance policies and claims related to accident cases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (English section).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in legal practice, focusing on traffic and accident cases.
- Strong skills in drafting legal memoranda.
- Excellent written English skills in legal contexts.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of local traffic and accident laws.
