Job Overview: 

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of personnel management within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, implementation of HR policies, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. manage a team of HR professionals and collaborate with other departments to support the company s objectives and maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures in line with company and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for all governmental claims (annual & semi-annual).
  • Prepare audit requests & reports.
  • Prepare work contract for new hired (Expats).
  • Follow Expats in (residency-work Permit) with legal affairs.
  • Release Medical card from governmental health insurance (new hired & old Employees).
  • Follow warning letter send to employees for their absence.
  • Prepare all the daily requests for employees such ( HR letters , WORK Certification …..etc.)

Bachelor s degree or equivalent - professional HR certification.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
