Job Overview:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of personnel management within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, implementation of HR policies, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. manage a team of HR professionals and collaborate with other departments to support the company s objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures in line with company and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for all governmental claims (annual & semi-annual).
- Prepare audit requests & reports.
- Prepare work contract for new hired (Expats).
- Follow Expats in (residency-work Permit) with legal affairs.
- Release Medical card from governmental health insurance (new hired & old Employees).
- Follow warning letter send to employees for their absence.
- Prepare all the daily requests for employees such ( HR letters , WORK Certification …..etc.)
Bachelor s degree or equivalent - professional HR certification.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
