Job Brief:
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a vital role in building the future of Orange Egypt by identifying top talent to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and screening prospective candidates, ensuring that we hire the best talent to meet our long-term goals. Your work will have a lasting impact on the success of our company, making you a key player in shaping our future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through various channels such as company career portals, job boards, social platforms, and recruitment sites.
• Create and post job ads across multiple portals and platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates.
• Utilize our Applicant Tracking System to manage and streamline the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
• Assist in pre-interview assessments and document recruitment processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role (internships or entry-level experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop sourcing strategies and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment platforms is preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential.
