- Establish Projects budget in coordination with technical departments / finance team.
- Responsible for controlling and monitoring project total expenditure including verifying and checking invoices to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
- Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting and monitoring of milestone progress.
- Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review monthly to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
- Manage change control management cycle, prepare variance reports and change log.
- Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
- Review and document project-related invoices and payments.
- Perform and manage project financial activity monitoring purchase requests and follow up.
- Manage complete project life cycle including all project phases and knowledge areas.
- Develop, update, and monitor the availability of all project documentation including but not limited to project charter, project schedules, project budget, change log, issue log, lessons learned and close out document.
- manage stakeholders’ engagement, communication and serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications throughout project life cycle.
- Follow-up project progress and ensure all project activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage meetings between project stakeholders to enhance project communications and resolve conflicts that may arise.
- Ensure that all standards are met, and procedures are followed by the project team. Verify that projects have implemented standards, work methods, and processes. Recommend procedural changes to improve efficiency.
KnowledgeBachelor’s degree in engineering, such as project management.Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.A PMP certificate or other project management certificate is a plus.Experience 2 – 4 years of experience in the same position or same industry, Minimum 1 yearExperience in supporting construction project delivery is preferred.Experience and knowledge to manage large-scale projects.Strong experience in AutoCAD software.Strong experience in Microsoft Project software.
