- Review and approve/deny requests from hospitals, labs, pharmacies, etc.
- Advocate for patients in accessing Medicare's network of providers .
- Identify utilization and quality control needs .
- Respond to patient and provider inquiries and complaints .
- Maintain accurate records in our ERP system .
Bachelor degree of Medicine or Pharmacy from a well-respected university1-3 years experience in healthcare/medical field .Excellent communication and organizational skills .Professional demeanor and confidentiality .Collaborative team player yet able to work independently .This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement as we continue expanding across the region. In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and jargon, as well as editing practices .Keen attention to detail in order to not compromise patient care .
