Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Remote Dispatcher fluent in both French and English to manage and coordinate the daily schedules of our mobile car detailing teams. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient operations and customer satisfaction, as the Dispatcher will handle appointment scheduling, team dispatching, and logistical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management: Coordinate daily schedules for mobile car detailing teams, ensuring optimal routing, time management, and appointment accuracy.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers—confirm appointments, provide updates, and address inquiries or concerns.
- Closing Bookings: Convert inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings, ensuring that each customer’s needs are met and appointments are scheduled efficiently.
- Team Coordination: Dispatch detailing teams to customer locations based on schedules and geographical proximity, ensuring timely arrivals and job completions.
- Problem Solving: Manage logistical challenges such as delays or issues with teams, reallocating resources as necessary to minimize disruptions.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain customer information, service details, and appointment statuses in the scheduling system.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on dispatch operations, including performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and schedule efficiency.
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and take proactive steps to resolve issues and enhance service quality.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: 15,000 EGP per month base salary.
- Commission: 80 EGP per closed booking from inbound leads. We expect an average of 100-150 closed bookings per month based on performance.
- Earnings Potential: With consistent performance, you can earn an additional 8,000 - 12,000 EGP in commissions, giving you the opportunity to increase your total monthly income based on your results.

Qualifications:Experience: Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
