Administrative Assistant

Our company is seeking for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Administrative Assistant. The Admin Assistant will work directly with C-level executives and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties.

Job Description:

  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Create reports and high quality presentations utilizing Excel and PowerPoint
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements and processing expenses
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings using MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
  • Assist with event and meeting planning
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Minimum of 2+ years of experience as as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin AssistantExcellent command of verbal and written English language is a MUSTStrong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilitiesExceptional interpersonal skillsKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
