Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to achieve client goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to make informed decisions and improve ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of different ad creatives, targeting, and strategies.
- Manage and optimize budgets, bids, and audience targeting to ensure cost-efficient and effective ad spend.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance media buying.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners to explore new advertising opportunities and negotiate media buys.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams to enhance overall campaign performance.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance media buying, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other relevant platforms.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
