- Participate in the review of the hospital-wide quality improvement plan and
implement its requirements - Provide support to departments/services in the selection of their quality
measures - Coordinate quality review activities and track the data collected on the
selected measures and prepare data collection sheets for the review
activities - Review and analyze clinical data to monitor for specific trends and patterns
- Compile statistical data and write narrative reports summarizing quality
improvement findings - Integrate data collected by various departments/services
- Analyze results and submit reports to the quality and patient safety committee
- Review and analyze clinical documentation in patient records to collect data
for quality reviews - Provide staff training on quality principles and tools
- Assist with monitoring of unusual occurrences
- Utilize the appropriate performance improvement tools and techniques to
identify problems and design action plans - Participate in root-cause analysis teams and other task forces related to
quality and patient safety
BSc of Medicine, Dental, Pharmacy.TQM Certification +1 year experience or CPHQ + 2yrs. ExperienceAdvanced knowledge in Total quality management, hospital & healthcare management is preferred.Experience in JCI & GAHAR accreditation is preferred.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the hospitals is a must . Basic knowledge of data analysis and management.Maximum age 35.Excellent Communication Skills.Excellent Command in Microsoft Office.
