- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Sweven Construction in the commercial and residential construction sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas of growth and strategic advantage.
- Collaborate with the sales, estimating, and project management teams to develop and pitch comprehensive solutions.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and contract documents to win new projects
- Monitor and report on the status of active business development initiatives
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the company's business development processes.
Bachelor's degree in Arch or civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations in the construction industry.Strong technical understanding of construction materials, methods, and project delivery.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using data analysis tools.Valid driver's license.Experience with construction estimating and project management is preferred. Familiarity with building engineering software is preferred.Knowledge of construction regulations and codes is preferred.
