- review products in point of sales and branches
- Collecting quality samples according to the sampling protocol.
- Observing performance and recording observations.
- Identifying production defects if found.
- Working with the team to improve the quality of products offered to customers.
- Coordinating and collaborating directly with different departments, including the production .
- Recording in the required logs and documents.
- Entering data into the computer in the quality departments.
- Searching for ways to improve product quality and reduce costs.
- Reviewing to ensure product quality, design suitability, and testing the final product.
- Communicating with other departments to focus on problem-solving.
- Ensuring the application of legal regulations and manufacturing procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture studies or Quality Control, preferably in Dairy and Food Industries.5-7 years of experience in dairy and cheese factories.V. Good in English. Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.) V. good Working knowledge of MS OfficePreferably residents of Cairo
