Grand Notion is looking for a talented and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and ensuring that our company's policies and procedures are followed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job posting, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates.
- Organize and maintain employee records and personal files.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and absence records.
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee development programs.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in Human Resources management.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Working Hours:
- 5days a week, 8 hours a day from 11 AM to 7 PM.
