Job Title: Infrastructure Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager with at least 10 years of experience to oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure in KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting a robust and efficient IT infrastructure that aligns with the organization’s business needs. You will manage a team of IT professionals and ensure that the infrastructure is secure, reliable, scalable, and capable of supporting the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and manage the overall IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and other hardware/software.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth functionality and performance of systems and services.
• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies to support the organization's goals, including scalability, performance, and security.
• Lead and manage a team of system administrators, network engineers, and other IT staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to the project plan.
• Monitor and manage network security, ensuring that firewalls, VPNs, and other security systems are maintained and regularly updated.
• Ensure business continuity through effective disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Oversee infrastructure projects from planning to execution, ensuring they meet business requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Implement best practices for IT operations, including incident management, change management, and problem resolution.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure that hardware, software, and service agreements are cost-effective and align with business needs.
• Conduct capacity planning and make recommendations for infrastructure upgrades and optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with IT regulations and standards, including data privacy and security protocols.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance, status, and improvements of the infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience in managing complex IT environments, including networks, servers, storage systems, and cloud-based solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of network architecture, data center management, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Strong experience with IT security practices, including firewall management, intrusion detection/prevention, and network access control.
• Proficient in disaster recovery planning, backup solutions, and business continuity management.
• Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks, including incident management, change management, and service delivery.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds) and system automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading IT teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Experience in network architecture design and optimization.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools.
